Guild is hiring a Sr. Content & Community AssociateThe Sr. Content & Community Associate will create engaging, insightful content that highlights the diverse roles and personal stories of internal Guild employees. This role will require skills in interviewing and storytelling to humanize our colleagues, showcase their contributions, and share their journeys within Guild.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce video content featuring employee interviews, departmental highlights, and personal stories of growth and change. This will help bridge the gap between teams and create a more cohesive, connected work environment.
  • Internal Content Network: Launch and manage our internal content network which showcases personal & professional growth, shares best practices & efficiency tips across departments, and addresses change in both professional and personal spheres.
  • Community Building: Produce content that uplifts and motivates teams across the organization.
  • Strengthen understanding of our business: Create fun real-talk recaps following all company forums or emails that help Guilders better understand our business and feel more connected to our mission.
  • Career Mobility Stories: Highlight internal career mobility, offering insights and inspiration for career development and transitions.
  • Employee Experience: Demonstrate the business value of Guild’s employees and highlight the impact that our Guilders have on learners.

Skills and Experience

  • Storytelling: Ability to craft and share compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Interviewing: Skilled in interviewing employees in a fun and approachable manner.
  • Video Production: Experience in video production, editing, and content creation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative Thinking: Innovative mindset with a passion for engaging and inspiring employees.
  • Coaching: 3+ years of learner/student coaching experience with the ability to give immense insight into the learner/student experience. Leveraging coaching skills to create impactful content, and ability to get to the essence or humanness of our employees.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000, as well as company stock options.
