We are seeking an experienced AVP of Product Management with deep expertise in Velocify and related lead management platforms. This strategic, hands-on leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire lead lifecycle—from initial acquisition and integration through ongoing optimization and ROI measurement. The ideal candidate is adept at configuring and maintaining Velocify systems, managing integrations with third-party providers, and streamlining operational workflows. This role requires a strong blend of technical aptitude, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams to maximize lead conversion and sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop regular reporting cadences to measure progress on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, contact efficiency, and ROI by provider, business unit, and user level.
Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements backed by data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
Significant hands-on experience with Velocify administration, configuration, and optimization; expert-level proficiency strongly desired.
SalesForce (Sales/Marketing Cloud) experience a plus.
Familiarity with contact center telephony practices, principles, integrations, and platforms (specifically Genesys Cloud and Avaya)
4+ years of experience leading a team of analysts or other technical staff
Proven track record in lead management, including experience designing and refining end-to-end lead flows.
Minimum of 5-7 years of product management, sales operations, or related experience within financial services, mortgage lending, or a similarly regulated industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with IT, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement.
