Who We're Looking For:

EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced PBM Regulatory Compliance Analyst. The PBM Regulatory Compliance Analyst will play a key role in supporting state and federal reporting, researching regulatory changes, and managing compliance-related projects. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external regulators.

What You'll Do:

As a PBM Regulatory Compliance Analyst, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:

REPORTING:
  • Serve as the primary support for state and federal reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.
  • Lead PBM reporting efforts to regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments to automate data collection and reporting processes.
  • Establish policies and procedures for state and federal reporting.
RESEARCH:
  • Conduct research on new laws and regulations impacting PBM reporting.
PROJECTS & ADMINISTRATION:
  • Assist with and execute assigned projects.
  • Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize professional correspondences, reports, and other documentation.
  • Screen and evaluate incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing responses as needed.
  • Prepare internal requests (e.g., check requests, IT requests).
  • Foster positive interdepartmental relationships and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Identify opportunities for process and quality improvement to mitigate organizational risks.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What You Need:

Education                           
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
Experience
  • 1–5 years of experience in PBM licensing, particularly in PBM licensing reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
