Responsibilities:
- Work alongside actuarial and underwriting/product manager in all commercial lines of business
- Support the development and maintenance of pricing tools ensuring accurate and effective pricing of business
- Assist with the analysis and communication of Profitability Studies across multiple products and lines of business
- Assist in the development of Rating Manuals and Rate Filings for all lines of business
- Compile rate and retention metrics and summarize key results to the business
- Large account pricing, working closely with underwriting to understand recommendations
- Onboarding of new programs and data capture strategies
- Participates in the development of business recommendations and analysis of strategies.
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights to business partners and management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self-starter and takes initiative
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Good interpersonal skills allowing easy communication with departmental management throughout the company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience with R or Python a plus.
Qualifications, Education and Experience Preferred
- Actively pursuing FCAS/ACAS with a minimum of 4 exams.
- 2+ years of property/casualty actuarial experience with multiple lines of insurance business.
- Must have Rate Filing experience
Compensation & Benefits
The applicable base salary for this opportunity is $100,000 - $150,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this opportunity may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
