➤ Operations Transformation: Expertise in Target Operating Model Assessment, Process Engineering, Organizational Alignment, and Change Management.

➤ Technology Strategy: Proficiency in Cloud, Data, AI, Tech Operating Model, Vendor Selection, and Emerging Technologies.

➤ Insurance Tech Transformation: Skills in Target State Architecture, Roadmaps, Marketing, Distribution, Policy Management, Billing, Claims, Brokers, Data & Analytics, Digital & Portals, and Integration Modernization.
