Toptal is a global network of top talent in business, design, and technology that enables companies to scale their teams, on-demand. With $200+ million in annual revenue and team members based around the globe, Toptal is the world’s largest fully remote workforce.

We take the best elements of virtual teams and combine them with a support structure that encourages innovation, social interaction, and fun. We see no borders, move at a fast pace, and are never afraid to break the mold.

Job Summary:

As the VP of Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Toptal as a leader in the Technology Delivery space, through managing the operations, growth, and performance of Toptal’s delivery models (Managed Services and Managed Delivery), as well as the Delivery Pursuits (Pre-Sales) team. This role requires strong technical expertise paired with equally strong leadership skills to drive strategic alignment cross-functionally as you build, grow, and optimize each delivery model.

As the leader of this new business, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that ensures we scale effectively while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and support quality.
