Summary: The Procurement Analyst will oversee procurement and sourcing across Food & Beverage (F&B) , CAPEX, and Facilities categories for the company's locations nationwide. This role is designed to drive efficiency and value by managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing sourcing strategies across multiple critical areas. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and resourcefulness to support high-impact initiatives, contributing to Bowlero Corp’s operational excellence and long-term growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for F&B, CAPEX, and Facilities, balancing cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, favorable terms, and alignment with Bowlero Corp’s quality standards and objectives .
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as operations, marketing, and finance teams, to understand sourcing needs and drive efficient procurement strategies.

Category Management

  • Manage and develop procurement strategies tailored to the unique needs of F&B, CAPEX, and Facilities categories, ensuring effective contract negotiation, compliance, and vendor performance management.
  • Oversee inventory and supply chain management for each category, optimizing delivery schedules, reducing lead times, and mitigating supply risks.
  • Analyze spend data and industry trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative sourcing options.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Perform supplier evaluations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the contract negotiation process, ensuring clear expectations, performance metrics, and risk management practices.
  • Track vendor performance and resolve service or delivery issues promptly, fostering partnerships that drive mutual success.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct financial analysis to assess procurement effectiveness, including total cost of ownership, ROI, and impact on profitability.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, budget forecasts, and spend analysis, tracking progress against savings targets and supporting data-driven decisions.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Develop and implement procurement processes and policies that improve efficiency and ensure compliance with Bowlero Corp’s standards.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional projects to streamline supply chain operations, support sustainable sourcing initiatives, and enhance procurement technology utilization .

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost savings strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, including contract law, regulatory requirements, and sustainable sourcing practices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex procurement projects across multiple categories, with a record of accomplishment improving process efficiency.

Education And Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain , Logistics, Finance, or related Business Field
  • Equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree is a cceptable
  • 5 + years of experience in a procurement, purchasing , or related role
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE/ Coupa a plus)
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Must report to Miami/Ft. Lauderdale WeWork office as needed (a few times per month for large projects)

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Finance, or related Business Field
  • 7+ years of experience in a procurement, purchasing , or related role
  • Exposure to F&B, Facilities, Services and CAPEX.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: General office environment with periods of walking, bending, and standing.

The approximate pay range for this position is $82,000 - $88,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
