About the Role

Champion seamless, user-centric experiences across Incode’s identity verification products. You will focus on creating analytics-driven, design-oriented improvements to onboarding workflows, ID capture, face capture, and video verification experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance the user experience for verification processes, focusing on conversion improvements.
  • Use data and analytics to identify drop-off points and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.
  • Implement user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product design.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure UX performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in product management with a focus on UX or user-centric design.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to deliver design improvements.
  • Expertise in conversion optimization techniques.
