About the Role

Join Incode as the Senior Partnerships Manager to lead third-party vendor assessment and procurement strategies for data verification services including eKYC non-document verification, and Know Your Business (KYB) initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with a blend of strategic and operational expertise who can build impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the process to select key vendors, developing and executing strategies for competitive and equitable vendor selection.
Negotiate contracts and establish long-term partnerships with key vendors that align with business objectives.
Proactively discover and execute strategies to reduce procurement expenses and optimize sourcing.
Partner with departments such as product, strategy, sales, finance, operations, and legal to ensure procurement strategies align with business goals and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
Develop and implement a vendor management framework to ensure compliance, performance, and alignment with Incode’s goals.
Monitor vendor performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering innovation, value, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related fields.
Deep understanding of eKYC non-doc verification, KYB, AML markets.
Proven track record of establishing high-impact vendor partnerships.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
