Job description

The OCM Senior Specialist works directly with the IT and business project team leaders on their implementation plans and will help develop a realistic and achievable timeline based on change impact analysis, identifying cross-functional stakeholders, and integrating change management activities into the project plan. The change management specialist acts as a coach for the project team, senior leaders, and people managers in their change roles. This role works through others in the organization and will need to create successful partnerships to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Works independently to apply the Prosci methodology, coach key change roles, assess change impacts, lead change management efforts, manage delivery timelines, lead communication efforts, support training, address resistance, and establish change metrics.

Required Skillsets:-
ā€¢ Prosci change management certification, at least 12+ years of relevant experience at a global company, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
ā€¢ Must write and speak English fluently
ā€¢ Advanced Prosci certifications or learning, OCM expert
