Job Location: Remote

We leverage industry best practices and business innovations to provide measurable results. We are seeking a Contract/Acquisition Specialist 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a BA/BS degree. This role involves performing a variety of tasks under guidance, providing broad but limited exposure to the contract profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cradle-to-grave contract negotiation and administration.
  • Support acquisition planning and proposal solicitation preparation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Assist in the selection and administration of contract terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate and prepare contract modifications.
  • Perform cost/price analysis and evaluate performance.
  • Assist in contract termination and close-out processes.
  • Gain exposure to FAR and/or DFAR regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Exposure to FAR and/or DFAR.
  • Highly desirable certifications:
    • FAC-C Level I
    • DAWIA Level I
    • National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
    • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM)
    • Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
