Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Performance Max Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will  be a key player in managing and optimizing cutting-edge campaigns within Google Ads, focusing on Performance Max (PMAX). This role involves end-to-end campaign management, ensuring efficient performance and accurate tracking to achieve outstanding results.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

The Role:

  • Set up PMAX campaigns in Google Ads, including organizing and uploading ad assets.
  • Provide audience signals (e.g., customer lists, website visitors) to enhance targeting.
  • Utilize bidding strategies like Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversion Value.
  • Implement UTM parameters and deep links for accurate tracking and optimized user experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and generate insightful performance reports.

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly PMAX.
  • Expertise in budget and bidding strategies like Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversion Value.
  • Experience using deep links and UTM parameters for performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads reporting tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center for eCommerce campaign integrations.
  • Ability to work EST 

The Compensation:

  • ₱65,000 to ₱90,000/month
