As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

The Nofrills Promotions and Pricing team is crucial to our business and is committed to making customers our number one priority. As a member of our network, you will play a role in ensuring all the right product goes to our stores at the right price. No Frills nationally drives more units using promotions than any other grocery store in Canada. 3M Canadians shop at No Frills on a weekly basis and they rely on our promotions to feed their family. Position Overview:
As a part of the Nofrills Promotions and Pricing team, you will be leveraging data science concepts to identify opportunities, develop solutions and integrate them into our core business processes.  The goal of this Co-Op will be to introduce internal tools that automate manual processes for the No Frills promo team.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in undergraduate degree similar to Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science and Statistics.
  • Ability to automate across many sources ie. Email, Excel, SAP, Teradata.
  • Ability to convert data to insight, insight to recommendations and recommendations into an action plan
  • Familiarity with supply chain or merchandising analytics an asset
