Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Senior Software Developer to provide software development services for the Planning, Property & Development Department’s Digital Permit Initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and create AMANDA (Granicus’ solution) folders, processes, and checklists.

• Design and develop Oracle PLSQL stored procedures, functions, etc.

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions to AMANDA running on Apache Tomcat application Server.

• Recommend features, design, and implement innovative solutions to improve platform performance and user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years of recent development and customization of AMANDA Enterprise for digitization of permitting or licensing services (mandatory).

• Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years with Oracle databases (mandatory).

• Experience with the Apache Tomcat application server configuration.

• Experience implementing complex business processes (government, public sector, financial institutions, insurance holdings companies or other regulatory compliance workflows) into AMANDA in a software

developer role.

•AMANDA implementation and customization.

• Oracle SQL programming.
