Position Summary

Cybersecurity Project Manager will work with the Information Security team and other stakeholders to complete cybersecurity projects for C&R Software. This includes defining the scope of a project, creating, and managing the project plan, identifying key stakeholders, ensuring all work is compliant with the relevant security standards, and completing the project within the deadline.

Essential Job Duties

• Plan, design, manage, and carry out project plans to assure delivery and ensure project plans fulfill their objectives
• Clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.
• Defining priorities and requirements and managing the project through planning, design, build, testing, and service transition phases.
• Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identifies and facilitates the resolution of any issues that may arise.
• Lead the generation of Cybersecurity reporting including KRIs, KPIs and other dashboards
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CISO
   

Skills and Experience

• At least 5+ years’ experience in project management as a practitioner and with at least 2+ years’ experience with Information Security initiatives
• Experience working in cloud environment
• Proficient at creating a schedule using MS Project (nice to have but not required) or similar tool
• Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and other records.

• Self-motivated and -directed, well-organized and able to position controls in anticipation of threats.
• Successful track record collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to promote ideas to support business enablement.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with Information Security projects and/or program is an asset

Certification Requirements

• Holds or working toward one or more including: PMP, CSM, CISM and CISSP
