Lead and direct a team of 15+ employees
Guide admin team to deliver top service
Hire, train, and coach team
Manage client onboarding, eligibility, and funding
Oversee claims, disbursement, and reconciliation
Support resource allocation for KPIs & SLAs
Improve processes for team efficiency
Address escalations with solutions
Work with leaders on client relations
Create strategies for client issue resolution
Set metrics and evaluate team performance
Oversee system upgrades and updates
Track new tech to boost productivity
Requirements
5+ years managing admin teams
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience leading larger teams of 10+
Experience in change management and analytics
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving
Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite
CRM and contact center telephony experience a plus
Healthcare, government, or insurance background a bonus
