Your role at Clorox:

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to design and implement world-class training programs that align with our company’s strategic goals.

You will own the management of the LMS for Vista and coordinate between Enterprise Learning and the Vista OCM Team to ensure the program is leveraging the LMS as the learning system of record for learning registration, scheduling, and completion across all releases.

In this role, you will:

  • Developing and delivering engaging training content that inspires employees and enhances their skills.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
  • Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure flawless registration, scheduling, and tracking of all training activities.
  • Updating and maintaining the Learning and Development SharePoint site, making it easy for employees to find and register for relevant courses.
  • Partnering with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to determine training schedules and ensure accurate reflections in the LMS and SharePoint.
  • Monitoring and reporting on training attendance and completion, managing any missed training sessions proactively.
  • Supporting trainers by tracking manual completion of assessments and ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the LMS, providing exceptional support to employees and trainers alike.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a learning and development role, with a strong track record of successfully implementing training programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Workday (WD) is strictly required.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all training processes run smoothly.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience

This position is open to be hybrid if you are located in Mexico City or remote if you live anywhere else in Mexico.
