Job Summary

GP will provide a High-Quality Learning Admin based in Chile to provide services with excellent communication, organizational, administrative, customer service, and critical thinking skills. Main tasks will include.

Main Activities

  • Drives collaboration with relevant key stakeholders to align the local portfolio in the countries based on the yearly calendar for make the demand management planning.
  • Managing changes, updates, reports and comms during the phases of the demand management process.
  • Focused on Customer Management, be responsive on time to emails / calls for service providers or directly with the business & HR areas
  • Managing relevant information to know the learning portfolio and organize trainings being aware of market prices and looking for the price levels must be kept into boundaries defined.
  • Share details description of the relevant info for the Admins to organize and tracking events.
  • Knowing alternative learning products could be phased-out or replaced by a new product based on needs of specifics areas in the organization as special projects.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems regarding portfolio design and/or implementation with a specific business.
  • Drives continual process and service improvements for assigned programs.
  • Management of Customer feedback
  • Work with external vendors and internal resources to coordinate the delivery of learning programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Learning management system (LMS) experience
  • Tax regulation knowledge (SENCE, Franquisias Tributarias)
  • Experience as Trainee in, Learning & Development, or general Business Administration function.
  • Experience with data management/storage, workflow management, and/or custom software applications.
