Job Title: Senior Paid Media Buyer (Ecommerce)
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 (based on assessment)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Buyer to join our growing team. Your primary goal will be to scale our client’s paid media accounts by optimizing customer acquisition costs while expanding paid media spending on platforms like Facebook and Google. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a well-rounded marketing background, capable of executing broader marketing tasks such as email marketing, social media management, and influencer coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media & Ads Management:
    Develop and execute paid strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to boost brand visibility and drive new customer acquisition.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth analysis of target markets, consumer behavior, and competitors, translating insights into actionable media strategies.

  • Campaign Monitoring:
    Use Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools to ensure ads perform optimally and adjust as needed.

  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Compile reports such as audits, quarterly reviews, and dashboards to quantify performance and communicate results.

  • Content Creation & Coordination:
    Create ad copy for campaigns and collaborate with the team to provide design and ad creatives to the ad manager.

Additional Marketing Tasks:
  • Email Marketing (Klaviyo):
    Assist with the creation and execution of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.

  • Social Media Management:
    Help with posting on social platforms and maintaining the brand’s social presence, with an emphasis on Meta platforms.

  • Influencer Outreach & Management:
    Support influencer campaigns by identifying potential partners and managing existing relationships to align with campaign goals.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in paid media buying, with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.

  • Proven success in scaling paid media accounts from 5-figure monthly spend to 6- or 7-figure budgets.

  • Strong understanding of designing and executing statistically valid experiments, including split tests and holdout groups.

  • Hands-on experience managing email marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer partnerships.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and familiarity with eCommerce environments.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

  • Availability to work within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
