Job description

Sales Pharma Executive
Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within established procedures and guidelines in assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the key sales indicators by client/account, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to assess the progress of joint projects and plans.
  • Visit current and potential clients in accordance with GTM guidelines and existing sales processes.
  • Follow up on key assigned accounts, such as Boticas Perú, Boticas y Salud, Hogar y Salud, Farmacia Universal, Nortfarma, among others.
  • Negotiate key commercial terms with clients: pricing strategy, collection indicators, strategic portfolio, in-store visibility, among others.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of the sales process in accordance with the position.
  • Continuously increase market knowledge, and refer sales opportunities, customer feedback, and competitor activity information to the appropriate contacts within the organization.

Requirements

  • Graduated in business administration, industrial engineering or related careers. 
  • Previous experience of at least 02 years in similar roles. 
  • Desirable experience in mass consumption companies in the pharmacy and/or modern channel.
  • Experience in negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Availability to travel on a quarterly basis
