Currently, we are seeking a Netsuite Solutions Architect to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:

Position Title: NetSuite Solutions Architect

Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

Solution Design and Architecture:

Design scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions tailored to customer needs.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Ensure solutions align with architectural best practices and industry standards.

Customer Engagement:

Serve as the primary technical resource for customer-facing engagements.
Facilitate workshops to gather and validate technical requirements.
Develop and present proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate solution capabilities.

Implementation Support:

Guide development teams during the implementation process, ensuring technical alignment with solution designs.
Oversee configurations, integrations, and customizations to meet customer expectations.
Conduct architecture reviews to validate adherence to design standards.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams during the pre-sales and implementation phases.
Develop comprehensive architectural documentation, including system structures and data flows.
Contribute to retrospectives to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance solution scalability and security.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within SaaS or fintech environments.
Strong expertise in Azure cloud computing (preferred), with familiarity in other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) as a plus.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Advanced skills in SQL, SuiteScript, and ERP system implementations, particularly NetSuite.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.

Desired Skills (Good to have):

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
Certifications in cloud technologies or ERP systems (e.g., Azure Architect, NetSuite Administrator).
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience with advanced revenue management and order-to-cash processes.
