Description

The Content Specialist will manage, manipulate and proof data from our client in preparation for our internal creative team to receive. This may be customer data, sales/promotional data, or product images. This role is a critical part of the total workflow; it ensures that our clients’ needs and expectations are met.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Content Specialist:

  • Coordinating and processing information between the client and our internal agency teams. This data may come through in an email, Excel spreadsheet, etc.
  • Processing Excel data through our systems for mass/max output projects.
  • Proofreading deliverables. This ensures that the final product is error-free, consistent, and accurate before submitting it to the client for review.

             - Review for grammatical/numerical and imagery/art design errors

             - Ensure that all client brand guidelines have been followed.

             -Repeat the process until clients’ expectations have been met.

  • Work collaboratively within a team to accomplish daily tasks and meet assigned deliverables.
  • Keep abreast of daily changes, rules, guidelines that would affect work product and deliverables.
  • Support the tracking of information and dashboards creation related to the process.


Important Notes:

- Although this is a remote position, you should be in Colombia -preferably in Bogotá D.C.

- This is a full-time, 6-month contract.

Requirements

- High School diploma required. Professional degree preferred.

- Advanced English level (B2+).

- 1+ years of experience in a role requiring keen attention to detail.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
