What you will do

• Requirements gathering for job seeker and employer-facing products;
• Collaborate with engineers to define, refine, and deliver product features;
• Creation of user stories in Jira to drive front-end development.
  
  

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience in product management roles;
• Frontend-focused: Understanding user flows, and experience with user experience (UX) best practices;
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure feature delivery aligns;
• Upper-intermediate English level.
  
  

Nice to haves

• Basic technical understanding to engage in discussions about integrations and designs.
