Salary Range:

 Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Position Overview:


The Demand Planning Manager will oversee daily financials, sales projections, and product availability to ensure seamless operations. The role encompasses strategic planning, financial oversight, and wholesale management. Collaboration with the founder and marketing team is crucial to align forecasts, budgets, and inventory for sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage financial processes, including P&L, cash flow, and sales projections.
  • Perform demand and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Oversee and refine processes for wholesale operations and factory purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and maintain product availability.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting tools and inventory tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or financial management.
  • Proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks and advanced Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in demand planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with tools like Flexport, Shopify, and Notion.
  • Background in e-commerce or wholesale operations.
