Department Overview

Job Description

• Manutenção Corretiva e Preventiva;

• Instalação e Substituição de partes e peças;

• Instalação e Configuração de rádios móveis e portáteis;

• Instalação e Configuração de equipamentos de RF e infraestrutura;

• Instalação e Configuração de equipamentos de Transmissão - Rádio Enlace;

• Suporte de campo e ao cliente;

• Interface e suporte ao NOC para tratamento de chamados;

• Elaboração de relatórios de chamados;

Basic Requirements

• Base Estado do Rio Grande do Sul - Guaíba

• Formação (Técnico)  Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou Eletrotécnica - CFT é mandatório;

• Experiência em suporte técnico e/ou implementação de sistemas de RF;

• Experiência em instalação de rádios;

• Conhecimento em TETRA, APCO25 e/ou DMR;

• Conhecimento de infraestrutura de Telecomunicações, RF, torres;

• Experiência em trabalho em altura com NR35 - mandatório

• NR10 - mandatório;

• Conhecimentos em Instalação e Configuração de Rádio enlace - desejável;

• Conhecimentos  em redes IP e troubleshooting será um diferencial;

• Inglês: conversação e escrita básica;

• Proficiência em Pacote Office: (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e Google Tools: (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);

• Disponibilidade para viagem - 50% 

• Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa e senso de urgência, Boa comunicação oral e escrita, teamwork,planejamento e organização;

• CNH válida  (Category B).
