Department Overview

Job Description

• Manutenção Corretiva e Preventiva;

• Otimização de Sites (RF Report);

• Instalação e Substituição de partes e peças;

• Instalação e Configuração de rádios;

• Suporte de Campo e troubleshooting

• Elaboração de relatórios de manutenção;

• Colaboração com Engenheiros de Suporte na solução de problemas, documentação e análises.

• Elaboração de Plano de Atividades;

• Aplicação de atualizações em dispositivos;

Basic Requirements

• Formação (Técnico)  Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Eletrônica - CFT é mandatório;

• 3 anos de experiência em suporte técnico e/ou implementação de sistemas de RF - mandatório;

• 3 anos de experiência em APCO25, DMR e/ou DIMETRA - mandatório;

• Conhecimento em produtos Motorola Solutions ;

• Conhecimento  em redes IP, design de redes, e troubleshooting - desejável

• CCNA ou COMPTIA será um diferencial;

• Proficiência em Pacote Office: (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e Google Tools: (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);

• Conhecimento em infraestrutura de Telecomunicações, RF, torres e cabeamento estruturado;

• Noções de  configuração de Sistemas Operacionais (Unix, Linux and Windows Server) - experiência é um diferencial;

• Experiência em trabalho em altura com NR35 - mandatório

• NR10 - mandatório;

• ITIL ou COBIT - desejável;

• Inglês: conversação e escrita intermediária - é um diferencial;

• Disponibilidade para viagem -acima de 50% (Base de trabalho - São Paulo/ SP)

• Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa e senso de urgência, Boa comunicação oral e escrita, teamwork, planejamento e organização;

• CNH válida  (Category B).
