Department Overview

Job Description

• Suporte técnico em soluções de comunicação: levantamentos de sites, análise de frequências, documentação de projetos, auditorias, testes de aceitação e documentação As-Built.

• Instalação e configuração de sistemas em campo, aceitação de projetos de terceiros e suporte ao cliente.

• Troubleshooting e resolução de problemas em contratos de garantia/manutenção.

• Colaboração com Engenheiros de Projetos na solução de problemas, documentação e análises.

• Elaboração de Plano de Atividades;

• Manutenção Preventiva e Corretiva de Sistemas

Basic Requirements

• Formação (Técnico)  Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou áreas correlacionadas - CFT é mandatório;

• Experiência (5+ anos) em implantação e suporte (troubleshooting) de sistemas de comunicação (voz e dados), incluindo infraestrutura (torres, aterramento, energia).

• Experiência em APCO 25, DMR e/ou DIMETRA - mandatório;

• Conhecimento em sistemas de comunicação e tecnologias sem fio (radiocomunicação, redes celulares, rádio enlaces, redes de dados).

• Conhecimento  em redes IP e troubleshooting;

• Conhecimento Zabbix - desejável;

• Certificação CCNA ou Network+ (ou equivalente) - desejável

• Conhecimento em produtos Motorola Solutions

• Inglês e espanhol (desejável).

• Proficiência em Pacote Office: (Word, Excel, Viso e PowerPoint) e Google Tools: (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);

• NR10 - mandatório;

• ITIL ou COBIT - desejável;

• Noções de  configuração de Sistemas Operacionais (Unix, Linux and Windows Server) - é um diferencial;

• Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa e senso de urgência, Boa comunicação oral e escrita, teamwork,planejamento e organização;

• CNH válida  (Category B);

• Boa comunicação oral e escrita.

• Disponibilidade para viagens - Base de Trabalho: São Paulo/ SP.
