Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining cloud infrastructures, particularly with AWS services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. This role will involve improving the client infrastructure/platform, troubleshooting production issues, supporting development teams, and interacting with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Cluster Management: Maintain and optimize our AWS EC2 and EKS clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
Incident Response: Lead the troubleshooting of production outages, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.
Collaboration: Engage with development teams to address questions, provide support, and share best practices for deployment and operations.
Communication: Effectively communicate with Directors and other stakeholders, providing updates on cluster status, incidents, and ongoing improvements.
Automation: Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to streamline deployment processes.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a strong focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in AWS services (EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, LoadBalancers, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations.
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch or NewRelic).
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Experience with Helm charts (public and customized ones)
Advanced English level

Distinguishing Qualifications (Nice to have):
Understanding of GitOps tools (Flux or ArgoCD).
Knowledge of AWS CDK for IaC.
Familiarity with Java applications.
Some architectural knowledge related to AWS.
