Job description

Whirr Crew is looking for a Platform Architect to join our client’s team and define the architectural direction for core websites. You will oversee the platform’s roadmap, ensuring seamless releases and preparation for potential migration to AEM Cloud.

You have:

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture and architectural patterns.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including on-prem environments.
  • Advanced experience in Java and related tools (Maven/Ant, libraries, frameworks).
  • Ability to guide architectural decisions, design, and development discussions.
  • (Nice to Have) Frontend/UX engineering and infrastructure experience, plus familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the architectural runway for Client’s Platform.
  • Oversee the platform’s roadmap, release planning, and potential migration to AEM Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work closely with architects and build teams to ensure best practices and coding standards.
  • Align architecture and development efforts with business objectives, ensuring scalable solutions.
