How will you make an impact?

Marketing Analytics Specialist will play a significant role in both strategic projects and day to day operations. The role will be responsible for managing and supporting marketing performance reporting while ensuring data compliance, health, and flow of data.

What will you do?

  • Build, maintain, and lead all aspects of regular marketing performance, budget tracking, and marketing assets, events, market intelligence reports, and dashboards using several different tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce, integrating data from different sources and providing analytics and insights to inform marketing decisions.ng strategy.
  • Streamline and automate data management and tracking processes across functions to improve efficiency.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing organization, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making that supports business growth.
  • Work with a sophisticated and dynamic marketing organization to anticipate, optimize, and evolve data strategies, considering business requirements and system integrations.
  • Chip in to and influence the planning and execution of large-scale multi-functional marketing data and analytics projects.
  • Train the marketing organization on Dashboard use, supporting the development of a data – driven culture
  • Support the development and implementation of models to measure the return on investment in marketing efforts.

How will you get here?

Degree in an analytical field (Maths, Economics, Computing, Statistics etc.), or equivalent education and experience in database management and analytics

demonstrated ability in marketing analytics, digital marketing, and business intelligence reporting.

Sophisticated knowledge and experience of Power BI and/or Tableau Salesforce (SFDC), Adobe, Excel tools.

Experienced with reporting packages, comfortable in manipulating and integrating large data sets, critical thinking skills, can visualize metrics to clearly communicate key insights.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to present executive summaries of practical insights and recommendations to team members and leadership teams.

Validated project management and interpersonal abilities

Strong social skills, experience in taking care of multiple and diverse internal collaborators, interacting with business and technology partners across organization.

English verbal and written proficiency
