About Us

Wildix is the first 100% secure, easy-to-use, professional web-based UC&C system, recognized as a Niche Player in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Unified Communications as a Service in 2024.

Founded in 2005 by two Italian brothers, Steve and Dimitri Osler, we are now positioned among the fastest-growing companies in the UCaaS sector. Headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, we have more than 250 staff members representing over 15 nationalities. Our team works across Europe, the UK, the Americas, and Ukraine, serving more than 135 countries through our partner ecosystem.

Our mission is to facilitate internal and external communication between companies and their customers worldwide, using web browsers and mobile applications, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency.

Who are we looking for

We are currently looking for a Sales Country Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and scaling our presence across the French market. Reporting to the Global Vice President of Sales, this role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the sales process, proven experience in managing and growing teams, and the capability to build and execute a successful go-to-market strategy across a diverse region.

Are you up for the challenge?

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead revenue generation and growth initiatives for the French regions, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to manage pipelines, nurture prospects, and maximize sales opportunities. Ensure partners are fully equipped with the resources needed to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams. Align marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize reach, drive engagement, and capture market share.
  • Oversee and support multiple teams across France. Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to ensure team members have the tools and skills needed to succeed. Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Work in partnership with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure an optimal customer experience. Advocate for the French regions internally to align resources and support as needed.
  • Continuously assess the market, identifying opportunities for expansion and areas for improvement. Adapt strategies as needed to respond to changes in market conditions, competitor activities, or partner needs.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 10+ years in a sales leadership role with multi-team management, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech company. Experience in growing and scaling sales teams is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience with the French market, including knowledge of the cultural, regulatory, and economic factors that influence business in France.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate trends, and use data to inform decisions.
  • Skilled in assessing opportunities and balancing short-term gains with long-term growth.
  • Strong communicator capable of representing Wildix to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Able to build lasting relationships and influence outcomes at all organizational levels.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

Why You Will Love It Here:

  • A philosophy of trust and a shared vision of excellence.
  • Full training and support.
  • Performance management and career opportunities within a global organization.
  • The possibility of joining the fastest-growing, most talent-driven company in Unified Communications.
