Job description

We are currently seeking a Remote UX/UI Designer to work remotely for a company located in Galway.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive annual salary ranging from €45,000 to €55,000 per annum, depending on your experience and expertise.
  • Standard and Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexible options available to accommodate different time zones and personal schedules. Core hours are from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (GMT) to ensure team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand and contribute to the product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
  • Conducting user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify valuable insights and market opportunities.
  • Translating insights into actionable product requirements, features, and user stories that guide our development teams.
  • Prioritizing items in the product backlog based on business value and user needs.
  • Working closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on schedule.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and driving iterative improvements.
  • Communicating product updates, progress, and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Soliciting feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously enhance our product offerings.
  • Collaborating with and mentoring junior UX/UI designers to foster their growth and development.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
