Job description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Executive, fluent in Italian, Spanish, or French. This position involves working closely with our sales and customer relations teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients. If you have a knack for sales and are fluent in one of these languages, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential hosts for our client's properties.
  • Reach out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media.
  • Initiate conversations to gauge interest and assess suitability.
  • Manage communication to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration.
  • Keep an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective co-hosts in a timely manner.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its features.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Expertise in researching and identifying potential co-hosts.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple communications and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities and business needs.
