Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team and focus on managing the transition of our customers to a subscription-based model. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth during this period of change. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, excellent communication skills, and experience in subscription services. The ideal candidate will speak English and German and be able to work from headquarters based in Nuremberg Germany.



YOUR TASKS

  • Lead the transition of existing customers from perpetual licenses to subscription-based mode
  • lsEnsure customers understand the benefits and features of the new subscription mod
  • elAddress any concerns or questions customers may have regarding the transiti
  • onDevelop and implement strategies to retain customers during and after the transition peri
  • odIdentify at-risk customers and proactively address their needs to ensure satisfacti
  • onBuild and maintain strong relationships with custome
  • rsServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and suppo
  • rtCollect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improveme

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or customer retention, preferably in a subscription-based serv
  • ice.Strong understanding of the DACH reg
  • ion.Excellent communication and interpersonal ski
