Job description

This is a remote position.

As an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager, you will:

  • Apply project management methodologies to deliver complex projects on-time, on-budget, and within scope.
  • Lead cross-functional, global teams to execute new and ongoing Finance Transformation projects while adhering to SDLC standards and program timelines.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage resources effectively to achieve program goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to ensure seamless project alignment across organizational levels.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve challenges in dynamic, multicultural settings.
  • Manage change effectively, providing clear direction and structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Track progress through detailed dashboards and provide leadership updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and alignment through compelling negotiation and clear communication.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in large-scale programs, leading cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Treasury/Finance processes.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, FPX, or similar.
  • Proficiency with project tools like JIRA, Planview, and MS Project.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Flexibility to support EMEA (CET time zone) and US (EST time zone) operations.
