Sales Manager

Field and Remote based 

Permanent, Full time Monday- Friday 9am- 5.30pm

£45,000-£55,000 per annum + Commission structure and benefits package!

We have an exciting opportunity for two Senior Sales Managers. In this role, you will support the generation of leads across our existing customer portfolio, network to engage new senior management and directors for new opportunities, and oversee the commercial management of customers throughout their contracts, ensuring contract and customer retention is always prioritised.

Xyla, part of Acacium Group, is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed. Working with over 80 NHS trusts, our clinical care team delivers a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.

Everyday you will...

  • Expand contract accounts by networking across customers to identify and open new service opportunities.
  • Manage insourcing and outsourcing customer commercial relationships and accounts to ensure timely contract extensions.
  • Expand the organisation’s customer base by networking across Xyla Healthcare Services customer bases to identify and open new service opportunities.
  • Ensure pricing remains competitive for all customers and manage pricing renewals and submissions for existing customers to ensure contract retention.
