We are looking for a Cloud Architect to join our team and play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system scalability, security, and high availability.
 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join our AI team. You will be responsible for collaborating with developers and operational teams to automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines, design and maintain cloud infrastructure as code (IaC), and implement containerization and orchestration solutions. Your expertise will ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and continuously available.

This role requires proficiency in scripting and automation tools, strong expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies, and a solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and platforms. You should have a proven record of deploying and maintaining complex cloud infrastructures at the enterprise level within a regulated environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and operational teams to automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD.
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform.
• Implement and monitor containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) solutions.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability across all cloud services.
• Monitor, alert, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment and production issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging DevOps tools and technologies.
• Analyze security threats and assess their applicability to customer environments.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• Proven record of deploying and maintaining complex cloud infrastructures at an enterprise level within regulated environments.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
   

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools: Python, Bash, Terraform.
• Knowledge of GitLab and its CI/CD tools.
• Strong expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure and platforms, specifically AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of system scalability, security, and high availability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

Languages

• Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).
• French and Spanish language skills are a bonus.
