About the role

At Vivup, our Ecommerce function is all about enhancing the customer experience and driving conversions. As Ecommerce Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting initiatives that optimise platform performance, improve user experience, and ensure seamless interactions for both new and returning customers. You’ll help implement strategies that drive engagement, increase sales, and make the overall online journey smoother and more efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with the Senior Ecommerce Executive to implement key initiatives aligned with the ecommerce strategy.
  • Report on and communicate daily ecommerce KPIs, identifying trends with the Senior Ecommerce Executive.
  • Conduct user experience and acceptance testing for relevant projects and developments.
  • Support monitoring of the user interface, including categorisation, ranking, and product listings.
  • Work closely with the Trading team and the Trade and Revenue Department on supplier reporting analysis.
  • Maintain and share regular performance reports, providing actionable insights.
  • Assist in KPI reporting linked to new developments.
  • Build a deep understanding of Vivup’s product ranges and the Perkbox Vivup market.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year’s experience in an online retail environment.
  • Strong ambition and drive to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in remote and hybrid settings.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure.
  • IT literate with strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Skilled in influencing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • Willing to innovate and take on new challenges, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics 4 would be a bonus!

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 4 main stages:

  • Application
  • Short call with a member of the TA team
  • 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
  • Final Interview and task with two members of the team
