We are looking for engaging and experienced teachers or trainers to join us on a fixed term basis. Â This role will be responsible for delivering and developing face to face or live online CPD for the Further Education and Skills sector, including schools and sixth forms who are teaching T Levels. Â This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high quality CPD for the sector and champion professionalism for FES educators. As part of the national team, you will work remotely but be required to travel extensively and regularly
The successful candidate will have:
Be educated to degree level or equivalent.
Have achieved a Level 5 teaching qualification or equivalent.
Proven track record of working with FE providers and staff at senior and practitioner level.Â
Experience of successfully training FE practitioners and leaders.
Knowledge and experience of delivering learning virtually including being comfortable and engaging on camera.
Knowledge of and confident working in a âchallenge and supportâ approach whilst maintaining clear communication.
Strong relationship development skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with a range of key stakeholders.
Excellent strategic, visionary and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to assess, plan implement and evaluate own and other training needs.

Starting Salary: £44,400 per annum for full time to start, with service and performance related progression
Contract type: Fixed term (10 months fixed term contract available from 1 May 2025)
Full time (however part-time will be considered from 0.5 FTE and above)
Location: Remote
