Job Description

Head of Quality Integrated Supply Chain, IGTD & IGTS

This leadership position is responsible for all aspects of the integrated supply chain (manufacturing and supply chain) related to quality functions for image-guided therapy systems and Device sites. This includes process quality, quality assurance and engineering, incoming and final Quality Assurance functions and general quality compliance functions to support compliance to quality management systems.

Your role:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for all activities related to manufacturing, storage, handling and distribution of IGT-D & IGT-S finished devices, components, sub-assemblies and their compliance to regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  • Develop, attract, and retain quality team supporting multiple global manufacturing and warehousing facilities.
  • Partner with manufacturing and supply chain to improve product quality.
  • Provide direction and partner with cross-functional team in root cause analysis and issue resolution related to manufacturing, quality management systems, and compliance. 
  • Oversee tracking and trending of the site’s quality performance data and provide direction on issue resolution for negative trends and results. 
  • Partner with Business and Operation team members in product transfers, new product development and continuous improvement projects
  • Establish and manage the necessary quality programs to ensure the Company meets the Quality System requirements per company procedures and applicable federal regulations and international standards
  • Submit and manage quality budget in accordance with Philips requirements

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s degree
  • Must have leadership experience in various aspects of Quality (including internal and external representation on Quality) AND preferably in at least one operating process domain (Product development, Supply chain etc.) Must be experienced in establishing Regulatory strategy, oversight, Quality system etc., preferably at group/ corporate level in a large multinational company.
  • Min of 10 years of industry experience, in a highly regulated environment of Medical Devices, Automotive, Aerospace, etc. Medical Device preferred.
  • Must be familiar with business process management framework including industry practices such as APQC.
  • Relevant training, experience and certification in Continuous Improvement practices such as Lean/ Six Sigma highly preferred
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $165,000 to $303,000, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here
