Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Writing microservices in node.js + typescript, postgres
• Integrating with distributed cloud services (e.g. SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
• Analyzing logs and monitors with observability tools
• Addressing escalations promptly and with frequent communication
• Maintaining a high bar for unit tests and code coverage
• Collaborating with the team during scrum ceremonies
  
  

Specific Education Or Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years in Node.JS, database, and cloud infrastructure
  
  

Travel Requirements

• Potential annual travel required
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Database design, NoSQL experience
• Analytics, ETL, data warehouse architectures
• Modern devops experience
• Full stack experience
• Behavior Driven Development
• Datadog or other observability
• GraphQL
