We are looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER that will work closely with the Project Manager to support the Program execution, from Kick-off until Closure.

Support the Project Manager in ensuring the efficient execution and delivery of the project by providing administrative, organizational, and analytical support

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Payroll service provider replacement for 40 countries
  • Time Management and Evaluation implementation in Success Factors EC Time solution for 40 countries.
  • Internalization of the "time management" service in HR platform to support the HR Targeted Operating Model
  • Simplify the current infrastructure for time management
  • Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Participating in functional workshops and management meetings
  • Coordinate project team activities and monitor their deliverables to ensure the project execution
  • Tracking project milestones, deadlines, and key performance indicators.
  • Providing support to the project manager and project team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
  • Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Supporting the implementation of project management methodologies and tools.

Requirenments:

  • 5 years experience in project management or project management support
  • Experiences in processes / applications dedicated to HR Payroll & Time systems, especially Success Factors, is a plus and will allow the candidate to contribute to the project design / build / realize deliverables.
  • Excellent organization, with great oral and written communication
  • Critical thinking and proactivity are necessary skills Impact and influence in the interaction with project stakeholders and providers
