Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Gainesville, FL Time with 1 hour unpaid break
  • Directly report to and collaborate with the marketing team leader
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy of the company
  • Potential to expand responsibilities as the role develops

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and create content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok or YouTube Shorts

  • Design graphics and edit videos to enhance social media content

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

  • Create newsletters and email templates for client outreach and retention

  • Handle community engagement by responding to inquiries and nurturing leads

  • Provide analytics and insights on social media performance to guide strategy

  • Assist in listing and posting equipment and vehicles for sale on social media platforms

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints



Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software

  • Strong creative writing and communication skills

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices

  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies is a plus
