Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s customer base through strategic and personalized email campaigns. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personalized email outreach campaigns to potential clients in the creative and corporate sectors
  
• Analyze prospect websites and business information to create highly tailored email content
  
• Craft engaging email copy that aligns with the company’s brand voice and highlights relevant video production services
  
• Implement and manage follow-up email sequences to nurture leads and increase conversion rates
  
• Utilize the Snobio CRM system to effectively manage leads and track campaign performance
  
• Identify specific video or content needs of potential clients based on their online presence and industry trends
  
• Create compelling, personalized pitches that showcase the company’s unique value proposition in video production
  
• Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
  
• Collaborate closely with the company owner to refine email marketing strategies and approaches
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and video production to inform campaign strategies
  

• Proven experience in email marketing and outreach campaigns, preferably in a creative or B2B context
  
• Exceptional writing skills with a talent for crafting personalized, engaging content
  
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, with experience in Snobio or similar platforms being a plus
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data
  
• Familiarity with the film production industry and content marketing landscape (preferred)
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  
• Native or near-native proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries and client needs
  
• Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics, aligning with the company’s focus on video production
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
