Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule- Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM AEDT (6AM to 3PM Manila Time) with 1 hr unpaid lunch

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance the website's search engine rankings, organic visibility, and overall online performance.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization, traffic improvement, and user engagement.
Analyze website traffic, performance, and user behavior, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly content is produced and on-page SEO best practices are followed.
Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.
Manage and oversee link-building efforts and outreach to strengthen the website's backlink profile.
Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement necessary improvements to enhance website performance.
Utilize SEO tools, analytics, and reporting to monitor performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of optimizing website performance.
In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, techniques, and current industry trends.
Proficiency in SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest changes in SEO and search engine algorithms.
Lives within Metro Manila (to be able to see the client during visits)
