Schedule: 20 Hours A Week | Mon - Friday | 1-5pm Syd, AU Time

Support one of the fastest growing solar retailers in Australia. We are looking for extremely driven and creative individuals to take our marketing to the next level. It is a flexible and supportive work culture and you will be rewarded well at milestones and for achieving KPIs set by the marketing manager who will work alongside you from our Sydney office. 


We need someone who doesn’t just run ads—they master the platform. A Meta Ads pro who knows the ins and outs of Facebook Ads Manager, scaling campaigns from the ground up and managing $500+ in daily ad spend. This isn’t just about targeting the right audience—it’s about driving conversions, lowering CPAs, and maximizing ROI to scale the Solar and Beyond brand. We’re looking for someone hungry to elevate every campaign, with a sharp focus on performance, optimization, and results. You’ll need to have your finger on the pulse of ads, creative strategy, and conversion funnels to dominate the space and deliver measurable success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve client business goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies with clear, actionable plans to drive performance, conversions, and ROI.
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and adjust campaign targeting, creative assets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Track and analyze campaign results, providing detailed performance reports and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop engaging, high-converting ad content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage daily budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to deliver high ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in paid media strategies.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising, with a focus on driving measurable results (e.g., conversions, sales, lead generation).
  • Experience managing ad spend of at least $500/day across Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify actionable insights, and optimize performance.
  • Ability to communicate campaign strategy clearly, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of advertising and marketing principles with a proven ability to build high-converting sales funnels.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management, listening skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation, with a passion for helping eCommerce businesses grow.
