Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Client Timezone: Marrickville, New South Wales, Australia


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Post Scheduling

    • Plan, schedule, and publish content across our OnlyFans accounts for the week ahead using our CRM system (Infloww).
  2. Mass Messaging

    • Draft and schedule mass messages to clients in alignment with the weekly content strategy to drive engagement and conversions.
  3. Content Calendar Management

    • Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistency in posting and messaging, adhering to brand guidelines and promotional timelines.
  4. Performance Monitoring

    • Track engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, and subscriptions) and provide detailed reports on the performance of scheduled posts and mass messages.
  5. Strategy Alignment

    • Coordinate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaign strategies.
  6. Content Optimization

    • Analyze past performance data to optimize future posts and messages for maximum reach and engagement.
  7. Community Management

    • Monitor and respond to client interactions, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community.
  8. Trend Analysis

    • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance content performance and audience engagement.
  9. Compliance Management

    • Ensure all scheduled content complies with OnlyFans’ policies and brand standards.
  10. Collaborative Coordination

  • Work closely with content creators and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.



Requirements
  1. Experience

    • Proven experience in social media management, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content.
    • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Infloww, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  2. Organizational Skills

    • Strong organizational abilities to maintain and update content calendars, manage deadlines, and ensure consistent posting.
    • Attention to detail to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform policies.
  3. Time Management

    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a part-time, remote environment.
  4. Communication Skills

    • Excellent written communication skills for drafting engaging captions, mass messages, and client interactions.
    • Strong collaboration skills for coordinating with team members and aligning strategies.
  5. Analytical Skills

    • Capability to monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and messaging strategies.
    • Proficiency in creating performance reports and making data-driven recommendations.
  6. Creative Aptitude

    • Understanding of social media trends and content creation strategies to engage audiences effectively.
    • Ability to suggest innovative ideas for campaigns and posts.
  7. Technical Proficiency

    • Comfortable working with CRM tools, especially Infloww, and other relevant platforms.
    • Familiarity with OnlyFans or similar content subscription platforms is a plus.
  8. Adaptability

    • Flexibility to adapt to changing strategies, content needs, and scheduling requirements.
    • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  9. Confidentiality and Professionalism

    • Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to subscribers and business operations.
  10. Educational Background

    • A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
