ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our HR/TA team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a permanent part-time basis. You will be instrumental in supporting high volume recruitment activities for roles such as Personal Carers, Home Care Workers, and Registered Nurses across TSAAC and Salvos Home Care nationally, and some management recruitment within your allocated portfolio. You will also work on some exciting projects (e.g. job fairs, career expos, marketing initiatives) and work with the HR team on policies, procedures, templates and other documents.
This 4 days a week, hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home and our head office in Redfern, with occasional travel to meet and collaborate with our dedicated aged care leaders.
