Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Work hours from 11 AM to 8 PM Maple Falls, Washington Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break

Contract: Independent Contractor

Client Timezone: Maple Falls, Washington USA

Scope:

Performance-based bonus structure for closed deals
Potential for expanded responsibilities in the future, including transaction management

Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to potential property sellers through phone calls and text messages
Utilize provided software to manage and track leads in specific geographic areas
Follow established scripts and processes to engage property owners effectively
Identify interested sellers and pass qualified leads to the management team
Maintain accurate records of all communications and lead statuses
Adapt outreach strategies based on the specific city or area being targeted

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or similar outreach roles
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
