Job description

As a Clinical Account Representative, you will promote our innovative, first of its class to market, FirstLook Lung test to healthcare providers. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships, and driving sales growth in their assigned territory. This role is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys promoting cutting edge diagnostic technology while working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.

DELFI is open to applicants in the NE/Mid Atlantic with a strong preference for candidates located in OH, PA or NJ.

What you'll do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinics to promote our laboratory diagnostic products.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Provide feedback from healthcare providers to the product development team to enhance product offerings.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our services.

  • Developed a deep understanding of DELFI’s product and how to successfully market it to healthcare practitioners 
  • Driven broad adoption of DELFI’s FirstLookLung test with targeted providers and achieved sales quotas

  • What you'll bring to DELFI
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the diagnostics industry
  • Strong understanding of laboratory practices and diagnostic testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (40 - 50%)
  • Experience working in a startup environment
